All Funds Budget
Annually, ASU prepares All Funds Operating Budget reports (an initial report and a mid-year update) for ABOR review. The All Funds Budget below is part of a series of reports that allow ABOR to comprehend the financial strength of the university. Since ABOR did not request a mid-year update, only the Initial report is shown here. It includes an estimate of the final general fund appropriation, and does not reflect mid-year cuts. The operating budgets are reported in three categories- State operating funds, unrestricted local funds, and restricted gifts, grants and contracts.
